Insert binder cover and side into outside
Insert each main page into main dividers
Use subdividers and label tabs corresponding to:
Important Documents
Personal Records, School, Auto, Apartments (lease, utility stubs), Health, and Misc.
Important Phone Numbers- no subdividers, just lined pages
School- calendar/ deadlines
Shopping- Coupon Info, Coupons (use baseball card holders to store)
Expense- Monthly Budget (income,needs, wants)

Cleaning Calendar!
Here's my cleaning calendar for my new apartment
You may want to tweak it for your own needs. Here are some basic suggestions:
Daily Cleaning:
wash dishes, make beds, sort junk mail, do the laundry, pick up clothes, pick up things that get strewn around the house in an average day.
1-2 people in the home: basic cleaning monthly, deep cleaning every other month.
2-4 people in the home: basic cleaning every other week, deep cleaning every other month.
4-6 people in the home: basic cleaning every week, deep cleaning monthly.
Basic Cleaning:
Vacuuming carpets, furniture, and stairs. Dusting furniture. Sweeping floors. Removing cobwebs. Dusting windowsills and landings. Dusting wall hangings. Picking up and straightening. Cleaning entry and patoo doors. Cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms. Making beds and changing linens. Changing towels. Cleaning kitchen floors and spot cleaning cabinets. Cleaning kitchen counters and outside appliances. Cleaning the inside of the microwave. Spot cleaning walls. Emptying the trash.
Deep Cleaning:
Clean ceiling fans. Clean light fixtures. Dust ceiling for cobwebs. Clean heating and cooling vents. Wash walls as needed. Vacuum or clean drapery. Dust details and behind dressers, TV's, etc. Vacuum furniture, removing cushions to vacuum interior and moving furniture to vacuum underneath. Clean Interior windows. Spot clean carpet. Clean miniblinds. Change air/ furnace filters. Clean stove, refrigerator, and microwave.
Seasonal Cleaning:
Clean interior/exterior windows and screens. Wash exterior entrances and driveway. Wash curtains and draperies. Clean window treatments. Clean fireplaces. Organize closets. Clean patio furniture. Clean barbeque grill.

Tips to Handle Your First Year Away at College
1) Be Social!
Creating a group of friends you can talk to will make the transition a lot easier! The first day of class talk to whoever you sit next to, then you guys will most likely sit next to each other each day of class and easily able to become friends.
2) Balance.
At a university, academic demands are higher, which will make it harder to balance school with your new social life, friends back home, family, and most likely a job. 3) Plan your meals and cook for yourself!
It's easy to eat bad or eat fast food everyday, but it can be expensive and improper nutrition will make you tired and depressed (not to mention the freshmen fifteen). Planning your meals ahead and cooking for yourself is very important to saving money and getting the proper nutrition. Don't forget to stay active, too!
4) Lastly, make sure to keep in contact with friends back home.
It's easy to leave them behind as you start a new life but there's a reason they made it to be your friends. Keeping a circle of people you can confide in and talk to is one of the best strategies for dealing with stress and homesickness!
